It happened yesterday or the day before, I am not really sure because I didn’t pay that much attention to the market these last couple of days because I was so busy. Bank of America (BAC) finally completed the acquisition of Countrywide (CFC) and as I write this post I no longer own any (CFC) shares. Instead I am the owner of 3.644 shares of (BAC).

I wrote a previous post about this, you can read it here. At the time I wrote that post the Bank of America shares were going for $31.99 and the price as I write this is $22.40. I am going to hold on to this stock for now but when it reaches my threshold I am going to sell, sell, sell.

I have three stocks in the financial sector and that is a big no, no. Can’t put all your eggs in one basket specially when said sector is really getting it. You are supposed to diversify and I sure didn’t pay attention to that lesson.

It’s official, my business plans have been put on hold indefinitely. If everything had gone according to plans those businesses would have been launched yesterday. It is a bit sad because it has been a dream of mime for a while. I am sure not giving up one bit, I am going to keep working at it and sooner or later it will happen and when it happens I will let you know. You can count on that, believe me.
