pThe last Weekly Investing Report of the year is here and i am not sad at all to see it go. I am looking forward to the new year and hoping that it will be a good one. That is why i cleaned house and sold most of the stocks i owned so i could start the year with a clean slate. pYesterday I finally sold my last big loser of the year which was JP Morgan (JPM), it was nice while it lasted but i think that we both need some space, don’t call me, I’ll call you. I once again sold at a loss but i knew that was going to be the case. My take home cash was $1,195.00 and once again i paid $7 dollars for the trade. I am going to try to hold the line for now and see what happens the rest of the year but if i see a stock that looks promising then i can go ahead and get it with the money from all my sell-offs. I am hoping to end the year on a high note but with this market you just can’t never tell. It sure looks like i finished cleaning house, just in time for Christmas./p

I made another move and sold my Bank of America (BAC) shares last Friday at a loss and JP Morgan (JPM) is looking like the next one to go, it has to be done. pIt is Friday and I have been thinking, just thinking about selling my Bank of America (BAC) and JP Morgan (JPM) shares. Of these two, Bank of America has lost the most, about $800 dollars with JP Morgan a close second at about $500 dollars. There are two reasons for my recent sell-offs, one is tax related and the other is me trying to start off the new year with a clean slate. I can hold on to these two and wait for them to go up as I am sure they will but honestly I don’t see that happening anytime soon. If I sell them it’s going to have to happen before the year is over./p
