The first 403b report in quite a while is finally here and just like last time I have no one to blame but myself. I do have to comment on something that I have noticed, it seems that every time that I am away my accounts go up, coincidence?, I really have no idea. I do have reason to celebrate, my account finally crossed the four thousand dollar mark and I can’t wait to reach the next hopefully before the year ends.

You may have noticed in the last Weekly Investing Report than I no longer own American International Group Inc (AIG) shares. As you know, after the reverse stock split happened I went from 1500 shares to 75 shares and worst of all I went from a small profit to a big loss and at the time I was really disappointed. I could have sold back then and there but decided to wait and see what would happen.

Then in August 15th I went on vacation to Greenville, South Carolina for a week to see my gf and her family. On the 20th we went to Carowinds, an amusement park, and as we were waiting in line to go on Scooby Doo’s Haunted Mansion I remember checking how my stocks were doing and to my surprise AIG was up more than $9 dollars. I was quite surprised and happy to say the least and to make a long story short while my gf and the kids rode the Carolina Goldrusher I went ahead and sold my shares and made some gold, I meant money in the process, $987.47 to be exact.

We begin another investing week and I personally can’t wait to see how the week turns out. My account was down $1 last week and I wish that every losing week was just like that because I would take the $1 loss anytime. I do need my account to keep going up because I need new t-shirts to go with along with new shoes, yep.

I had no trades last week.

My investments, 50 Dow Chemical Co (DOW) shares, 100 Allied Irish Banks PLC (AIB) shares, 400 Citigroup (C) shares and 500 Fannie Mae (FNM) shares.

Total Money Balance $2,553.05
Investment Value $4,584.50
Total Account Value $7,137.55
