It has been a long, long year but we finally made it to the last Weekly Investing Report of 2009. Anyway, my account was down $91.50 for the week and I just can’t wait to see what the new year has in store for the market. I am hoping that this week is really, really good so we end up the year on a happy note.

I had no trades last week.

My investments, 50 Dow Chemical Co (DOW) shares, 100 Allied Irish Banks PLC (AIB) shares, 400 Citigroup (C) shares, 500 Fannie Mae (FNM) shares and 2500 First National Bancshares Inc (FNSC).

Nothing seems to be going my way and the market is no exception. My account was down $388.50 for the week and even though I don’t like it there is nothing that I can do. That is ok, I will wait for the rebound, after all I am a very patient man. Hopefully this the last two weeks of this year will be good.

I messed up on the 12/11/09 403b report. I used the wrong pay stub, how did that happen you ask. Well, I obviously wasn’t paying attention until a few days ago when I was checking the post and the amounts didn’t match the ones on my pay stub. I will fix the problem asap or a soon as I finish this short post, whichever comes first. My apologies for that.

Halfway through December and the market has not been good to me lately. As a result my account was down $860.45 and that of course is for two weeks. It really feels like we are back in 2008 but that is ok, I am a patient man and I know that sooner or later things will turn around…………………………again. In the meantime, enjoy the report.

I think that I missed a 403b report somewhere, you know what, my cat ate it. That is my story and I am sticking to it until you read my other blog. My account was up $150.77 which is good. For the first time ever my DCP reached the one thousand dollar mark and just like that I am closer to my goal of reaching five thousand before the year is over. For the record, I still have not changed my investments.
